I am a tree.

I have a big trunk and large branches which have thinner twigs and even smaller twigs leading off to small stems on leaves. The problem being that my branches and twigs don't work so the leaves get all lacking in nourishment. It's a sad thing to watch the leaves turn pale and thin and lacking in life.

Well that's what my doctor said to me at 8.15am and I have to wonder at what he has been taking, also if he'll tell me where he gets it from! He was trying to explain what was wrong with me, but I think he just got me believing that I was a tree and should start putting down good solid roots.

So much for blood-tests and the rest he didn't do one so I fasted for many hours more than the standard 12hrs for no reason. How unfair is that?! I'd even worn a top that had mid sleeves just so that it wouldn't be hard to do. Instead he told me that exercise was a good way to open up my blood vessels - "do you belong to a gym or something?" Erm hellllllooooo I don't even have time to just sit at the moment, so I don't think I have time to join a gym. Then he said I could try some tablets that would do the job just as well, except that it'd open all of them meaning I'd feel like I was going through the Menopause with hot flushes! lol! I'd take feeling hot over feeling frozen any day!

The outcome is that I get to take tablets, which could be a problem as I can't even swallow the smallest ibuprophen tablets there are with out breaking them up! Could be an entertainment 3 times a day! Then as a final thing he said you should do some exercise as it will help and all the blood will circulate better. Yes and when I find time I will, but I don't have the time and I really don't want to go to a gym where skinny people and people who have known me for years go and they can see how pathetic at exercise I am. I like my arse and I like most of me really generally, apart from those days when I don't and well it's all ok in the end!

RIght that's enough about ailments who wants to know about ailments really?! pish!

ONE: Walk to places where possible
TWO: clean your room so you can
THREE: use the stuff I gave you in order to
FOUR: Take some exercise in your room where there is no spandex.

I also have asyetunused exercise videos you can have.

I think you need someone to buy you a fan for Xmas.

I snort at you!

1 - I do, but I can't really walk to work or college etc and if I walked to yours I'd have to come home as soon as I got there.

2 - I've nearly finished it so meh.

3 - mummy said she had that stuff so if you want to sell it on Ebay you can have it back to do so.

4 - Is sleep counted as exercise 'cos that's about the only time I see my room!

I'll try it!

Why a fan? I have one in my room on the chest of draws.

Oh and you know exercise doesn't really help 'cos it just doesn't. but whatever it'll get a try etc.

No, a FAN fan. Like a lady. Cos that would be cool. And stop hot flushes.

Exercise DOES help, and how would you know if you don't do any? Aha! :P

And no, I don't want them. Hence giving them to you. For you to USE in the space in your room that you've CLEARED.

Yeah but it didn't help when I was younger and forced to partake of physical activity at school. Also it doesn't help my daddy who does exercise!

Yeah, but seeing as I have hence you sell them on Ebay or summit and make money for shiny gym equipment you want! But I will steal the vids if you don't mind!

... how can you seriously compare ANYTHING to PE? That's sick and wrong, and you know it. PE was shite. Actual exercise makes you feel better, not like crap. Trust me. :)

Well yeah I know, but well there was running etc involved. Quite liked tennis, badminton and Netball though!

No. Running bad. Do an aerobics class or somehthing. Or do videos in your NOW SPACEOUS room. :)

But still, it must be capitalised! Lol.

And you still have Thursdays and some Fridays off though - you could find a class, or go swimming. Swimming is good.

Or! You could try to fit it in!

All you need is 20 mins a few times a week. You can do a bit of a video before bed or something. Or go for a walk on a rare evening off, lol. Or when you actually get a 40 mins break at work, walk to the Holiday Hypermarket and back, which I do quite a lot. Little and often.

Tho technically I only have to take part in one 8 hr shift and that'd be me for the week!
