You know what the world has gone completely mad. Madder than mad I think.

I thank God that the people I love were either not in London at the time or were actually far away from where it was all happening. I am very thankful that it didn't happen Yesterday with the Olympic celebrations or even last Saturday with the Live8 concert. I know rush hour traffic is a very bad time for it too.

That being said did you see what the protesters in Stirling did? Stirling Battered Evening Times Protesters sealed off The Scotsman Do they think that trashing businesses and peoples' vehicles will make their points stronger and will cause people to listen? But because this happened news spread to Edinburgh where the protesters there went mad too. It's not going to get you heard it's only going to get you arrested.

I'm going to Stirling tomorrow, though my Mum doesn't think I should and I've decided that I should watch the news tomorrow morning to see what's happening there and then decide. The summit ends tomorrow and that means that the protesters should be leaving tomorrow, but the police might be restricting the roads etc. I don't know. I think if and when I have to stop I shall drive off the motorways rather than stop at the services where the could be lots of people.

Hmm in the space of two days the world has gone completely mad.

Current Mood: thoughtful thoughtful

I know what you mean. =\ I'm terrified. About a third of my friends are in London right now. I hate that the world is so damned unsafe.

Am glad to hear that all your loved ones are okay. :3
