The adventures of me! - Keeper of the Cages
The adventures of me!
Where shall I start...Oh I know with the nice dream that I missed the ending of because someone woke me up. The dream involved this gorgeous tall tanned blonde haired man who was wearing a full black suit, which I told him to wear because he would look heavenly in. Anyway he asked me out for dinner and it was all going very nicely with me staring at him and etc and then I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. I am not loving nextdoor for that! I have this image of him in my head now, which is good because I can at least picture him, normally I forget my dreams and just know that they were good or not have no feelings about them at all.

Well I went into town and wondered round the shops - with a purpose of course. I was looking for folders and writing things for my dissertation work. On the way round I was looking in lots of shops and found all these clothes I wanted, but did any of them have them in my size? No I think not stupid shops. On reflection I think it may have been a good thing that they didn't as I would have spent lots of money which I don't have! yay for saving!

Dossed in the house when I got back watching random things on the tv and celebrating the fact that Chris got kicked off Pop Idol. Yes I know, but my house people watch it and you kind of get dragged in. Anyway he's been deserving of shunting off the programme for ages. He butchered lots of really good songs and resulted in both Lisa and I leaving the room when he sung. I know that sounds mean, but it's just the way it was.

Oh and I have to say what were the British public thinking when they voted Westlife's "Oh Mandy" as the Record of the Year? Heeellllooo! I just gah! The funny side to it is that every time I hear it I hear David Boreanaz singing it in Angel! that was so good, esp the out-takes at the end! Yah boo to Westlife!

Got a phone call from Lady Vicky, who's gone to see Feeder at the SECC, at about half twelve last night saying "um we missed the last train and can you possibly come pick us up from Glasgow?" Duh! of course I would and did! I don't mind driving at night to pick people up. Silly biscuit! Anyway it was fun Lisa came with me so it was all good. When we got to Glasgow though we couldn't find them and so drove past the bus station where we said we'd meet them and couldn't get back! very funny, except when I got beeped by some guy 'cos I got confused and couldn't work out which road I should take. Managed to find them in the end and came home! I recommend driving around at weird hours of the morning 'cos there are no cars about and it's quite interesting.

Slept in today, but did work when I woke up. Found out that my box file does not hold all my semester's work - too much of it. I'm so going to have to invest in a filing cabinet or something it's just ridicules the amount of paper work I have.

Tomorrow I'm going up to uni to hopefully see my lecturers and the supervisor and the department secretary and then the careers woman to see if I can get on the course yet. Wish me luck 'cos you know I'll chicken out and faff until next week and then have a panic attack because I haven't done what I'm supposed to *grin*.

Right I'm going to post this seeing as it's so long, but I have another post to do so see you in a minute! xxxx

So, ok, I want to have a middle of the night roadtrip!

Having said that, I'm leaving for work at like 7am, when it didn't get light till 20 past this morning. Does that count?

I know! *grin!* Been spending too much time reading her posts haven't I?! *giggles*

Poor baby - right next time I'll take you. But you have to make sure your parents wont shout at me. Maybe you should have a ladder handy near your window for quick exit - that way they wont know and wont shout at me! *grin* I love it when a plan comes together *holds imaginary cigar in corner of mouth* *claps hands together*
